A new version of Saint Paul’s Parkland Dedication ordinance is in the works. Currently, there are enough changes to the ordinance that a new public hearing will be required. It is reported that the new version will subject all properties to the ordinance, not just housing. Additionally, land donation will be decreased, from 12 percent to 9 percent, and cost will no longer be determined by number of units but rather by number of parking spaces. For more information, contact Chad Kulas at 651.265.2787.
