issue of Expansion Management magazine has
ranked the MINNEAPOLIS-ST. PAUL-BLOOMINGTON metro
area as No. 2 in its 4th annual ranking of
"America's Top Business Opportunity Metros for

MAYOR'S CHALLENGE rankings of the overall business
climate and attractiveness to growing companies from
